Competitions
- Offers are open to all residents of mainland United Kingdom except employees of the promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
- The promotion starts at 9am (GMT) on 29th September 2010 and ends at 9am (GMT) on 9th February 2011.
- The prizes are 100 bottles of Old Pulteney Single Malt Whisky.
- Only the winners will be contacted personally.
- The winners will be notified by email.
- The winners are required to be 18 years of age or older.
- Offers and prizes are not transferable.
- No purchase necessary.
- There is no cash alternative to the offer and no other prize is available for request. But, in the event of the advertised offer being unavailable Inver House Distillers reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
- The winner will be selected at random. Inver House Distillers' decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Inver House Distillers reserves the right to amend these rules from time to time.
- Inver House Distillers will not pass on entrant's personal details to any other organisation without their permission, except if necessary for the purpose of awarding the prize.
- Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures or entries that are lost or delayed, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on the participant of any such failure.
- Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
